Inscend Consulting Limited was engaged by ASDEV Consult to design and develop a fully interactive Power BI dashboard to support the mid-term evaluation of the Women in Shea (WISH) Project. The WISH Project focuses on enhancing the economic empowerment of women involved in the shea value chain. Inscend's mandate was to transform complex evaluation data collected from project beneficiaries across multiple districts into a dynamic, real-time analytics dashboard. The dashboard enables project managers, stakeholders, and donors to visualize progress indicators, assess program effectiveness, and explore thematic insights across gender, livelihoods, income changes, capacity-building reach, and regional disparities. Inscend ensured the dashboard was user-friendly, visually compelling, and aligned with industry-standard M&E practices. The deliverable has become a key learning and accountability tool for ASDEV and its partners.
